I have the same question as Sunil. I think the PPR request is sent to the applicant but not sure when.

Through your tracking number. We used Canada post. The status of your mails says delivered and received by so and so

....so after SA what's next? Do we just wait for the PPR from the visa office? Or anything else?

Yea it is stressful. I read in a thread that people who sent their application after ours received their AOR. It's been two weeks since our application was received by them. Hoping to hear from them end of next week or early the week after. Anyway please do post in here if you receive your AOR...
