Well , you cannot predict the future of your application. Many people got visas after 100 days processing so yes chances are 50/50.

I have gone through 100s of post with waiting time 100-150 days. Dont loose hope and be confident.

Thats the main problem when they wasted too much time and nothing comes out of it except a letter and one word REFUSED. But now i too feel that forget the visa and ask for the passport to complete onward travel requests.

Lets hope for the good outcome. I have cancelled my plans multiple time just to see if i will get the passport in routine time or else i will request them to send my passport back in 1st week of november.
