This is a wild guess but you need to wait very patiently. Let the processing time completes and then you will be able to analyse the situation of your application.

Hahaha, Good thing will be to keep calm and waiting. Worst scenario if they reject your application NO problem. You can fulfil all the requirement and apply after 06 months but dont go for appeal.

There is no fix timings of emails. Once they decided about your case, email will be generated or you may receive the phone call too.
