I faced some problem like that. 1. 1st I went to SCB Dhanmondi R#2 branch, They said that they can not do it if it is consulate general of Canada, Sydney, if receiver general they can! 2. then i been to SCB road 5, Branch. They said- we can not make it as per email instruction. Ask visa office...

Yes, I have done my Medical too. and it is sent online!!! That good for quick processing....Cheers.
