I ain't sure about it though but i believe there's no college in Canada that will enroll you without paying tuition fee before the start date of classes.

Colleges don't send candidates id to agent. If you have received offer letter mail the college they will provide you. If you haven't recievd offer letter then you wont receive student id. You will only receive application num
