Thank you, Laithhisham. For our file, it was the 2018 application batch, so I wasn't expecting that the extension of 2019 application batch would affect us. Plus, they extended invitation themselves so it was quite a surprise that they postponed. Anyway, thank you again for the encouragement.

How I understand is that this would affect negatively to those still not obtaining CSQ but could actually be positive for those already with CSQ as the Quebec govt can only control the CSQ issuance prcoess but not the federal PR visa process.
