Yes I have called them a couple of times, and I was told it is under process!!

Hopefully we get PPR soon.

I am from Iran. Many ppl from my nationality has already got their PR although they applied later than me. I have called CIC many times and requested cgms notes, but still not getting anything from them. What can I do to make my process faster? any suggestions?

I do not have any idea. CIC kept saying they give it to another party and they do not know why. I do not know how long ss will take. i asked the same question in this forum.

yes it is. it means that your ss will be starting soon. I also got it two weeks ago and my ss started one day I submitted that. I am in 22th month too.
