I would recommend early morning or during lunch. These times seem to work usually the best.

I think its because the stream for Express Entry is one of the fastest ones. When applying for citizenship, you have to realize there it includes ALL permanent residents from ALL the streams. At least, that what makes sense to me.

They usually try to process all the applications in 6 months. You are still in that range. Good luck!

I have tried to use the contact form they have on the website when I was trying to check my status. I got an update in my application in about 3-4 days, still cant say if it was coincidental or not.

Best is to go and ask in person the agent in ICBC office. I would sign up for the knowledge test, pass it (you can prepare for it day or two before, its really straight forward, download their app and practice until you have 95% for like 5 times in a row, then you are good to go). Then whenever...
