    jigzyy you made the fee payment through bank draft right? Did you get a 6 month validity on it? I went to the bank today and they say their draft is valid only for 3 months ???

    Will it mean that my spouse dosen't know english? As in the new rules they wanted both the principal applicant and the spouse to be proficent in English. Maybe I should tick no and include it in the cover letter.

    I do not require the points for spouse IELTS but on form Schedule 3 question no 7c Is your spouse proficient it English? If I type yes they ask to provide the language test result. What should be done?
