I do. Someone told me criminality and security is started. But after that I have called 3-5 times and I always hear criminality in process and eligibility not started.

Looks like they are not issuing any PPR from long time. I don’t know what they are doing. I call cic once a week, since 1.5 months criminality is in process and security and eligibility not started. Don’t know when they gonna finish everything. July 2018 AR

It says we are reviewing the provided documents.

Was the ADR same both the times? What did they ask for?

Are you using your cic account yourself? Or you have a representative? Some of my friends have already received PPR after 15 months. Idk for us why they are taking long.

Maybe you have to give some tests again. Sometimes some people have this issue. Re do the medical as soon

I sent the rcmp fingerprints and criminal check with the application in July 2018 but now they asked it again in September 6, 2019.

Really mine criminality started after the medical and since 4 months its in progress. I don’t know when they gonna issue passport request

Same situation but I am in BC. I received ADR on 6 September 2019. Nothing after that. When I call agent they say criminality and background check in process but security and eligibility not started.
