It's kinda difficult predicting AVO at the moment that's why I'd play it safe if I were you. IF AVO starts issuing MR to 2014 FSW in December 2014, you should be amongst the first to receive it (by God's grace). You might not be required to present POF though (IF YOU ARE LUCKY). However, if AVO...

Hello antbanks, I'd suggest you use $8k from the $28k leaving $20k which still covers your family size if AVO should request for POF from you. If the $8k ain't gonna be enough, then try borrowing the balance from family/friends. (This is just my opinion)

How come you don't have access to ecas after getting PER? Do you have your UCI number? If you do, you can login with it along your DOB, surname and place of birth.
