Its showing "Application Received".. but in the box its saying, we started processing your application in Septerber 2011. Please advice

Well, when file got transffered in August 2011, status was reflecting "Application Received" and after a months it got changed to "In Process" and text was like "We started processing your application in September 2011" And suddenly in January status got changed back to "Applicatoin Received".
