Guys.. when actually do we get a mail saying that we can begin with the job search and the processing has started? Do all applicants get that mail? I am applying through a consultancy and they have said that no such mail came in my case.. could that be a possibility too?

Not so sure about this in my case. My status changed to background check in progress on 27 Feb along with the others and I am still waiting.. guess NDVO thought of slowing down a bit with my application in hand.
