Zeina73, I don't know what to tell you. my ATIP shows the same thing with the exception of the due dates. All the dates there are already in the past. At least your due dates are in the future. Its just a waiting game which keeps dragging on and on

Hello, As mentioned before yes you can travel to the US with your Indian passport. However, on the way back, the airport personnel will not allow you on an airplane bound for Canada unless you show them a Canadian passport as you will become a citizen after Jan 09 Hope this helps...

Same here. I have called and emailed and all they say. They will be in touch with you soon. I really try not to think about it but I can't help it. Everyone I know has applied before and after me and they have all gotten their citizenships

Just a note guys. Since last November, Canada requires its citizens (dual citizenship holders) to enter Canada using a Canadian passport. Thanks Tyl92. That absolutely makes sense. Again we are back to the speculation phase on when things will wrap up and which route it will take. I am hopeful (as many other members here) that C-6 will pass and be a law right away but again that is just wishful thinking!

Hi Matheus, You will need to file a request for an ATIP file. It costs 5$ and usually takes about 20-30 days till you receive it in your inbox. I did one back in September got it mid October and it showed my file move around from Sydney to Hamilton then Windsor. Still waiting though... I agree...
