    Cut-off may increase this time around. My CRS is 475. I don't feel this would be sufficient to make the cut. I'm little anxious now :(

    Why do you think CIC make draws on Fridays? (Except first draw). Is it because Fridays are considered auspicious in many religions? Is it because God created Adam and granted him entry into Eden on the sixth day (Friday), CIC wants to issue ITA and leave us in Canada? Lol If they can choose...

    Like i said, try approaching Municipality/Corporation instead of panchayat offices. I remember one of my friend got her BC through court as well .. There has to be some way.
