Hi I have not submitted PCC with my application. I think I have to get from Indian Consulate as well as from FBI. For FBI, I have to download the forms from FBI site and can send it. Some one can tell how long it will take to receive the Criminal record from FBI from the day they received.

What exactly is your issue with WES?

Sending email using their website will take atleast 3 days to respond. Through phone, if you are expecting them to answer in 5-10 mins that won;t happen. Several times I called them, it took in an average of 30mins before some one answer. Once it took almost an hour too
