Well I sent my stuff out and 7 days later i got a file number ad a uci number

HEY EVERYONE so I submitted my app, Jan 28 2015 and according to Post Canada they received it on the 29th, I got an EMAIL today Feb 5 2015 From CIC with my UCI and File number, 7 Days after i Sent it 1) is this an AOR? 2) did anyone else get this email already?
