Yes - I have no communication from my lawyer. The only letter that was sent to me since 2013 was in July 2013 to show that my application was submitted to Islamabad for processing. I will reapply but I still need to reopen this case to prove my side of the story. Thanks again!

No it's the MP's case manager who told me that I can't reapply for 3 years.

Ecas changed to decision made on feb 3. Which made me request GCM notes because no one contacted me.

They gave my lawyer 30 days to respond and appeal back in October 2014. He didn't action. So they made their decision on February 3, 2015 to reject my case. No copy was ever sent. The only letter that was sent to me was back in 2013 that my application was received by CIC in 2013
