My file transferred to Detroit on FEB 22 2012, No update as of now.

I am June 2011 applicant, My file moved to Detroit on FEB 22 2012. When did your file moved to Detroit and what is your ECAS status? Mine still shows that application in progress medicals received and started processing on Sep 26 2011.

As per my knowledge you should be OK to apply in May. I was in similar situation and applied My file is in process now. As per my GCMS notes I met CIC eligibility.

could you share time line? from where you got the PPR request is it from Buffalo or any other visa office?

They accepted my application, I submitted with the birth certificate which provided Indian Embassy in Toronto. Are they rejected your app??

I submitted my application on June 21, 2011. Current Ecas status : We started processing your application on September 26, 2011. Medical results have been received. (medicals sent Nov 10 2011) it updated in DEC 1st week. File moved to CPP-O on OCT 3 2011, with medicals. I am CEC applicant.

Thanks Leon! I was going through the cic web site (cic.gc.ca/english/information/change-address.asp) Change my address It is your responsibility to ensure that the information in your application is up to date. If you do not have an application in process, an address change is not required...

my WP not rejected but I am moving out from Canada, I may come back later if I receive my PR. Do we need to inform CIC about moving out from Canada? Please let me know.
