Do you know how can I send form to IRCC to day it exceeded the processing time on the web? Or do I need access to my app to do it?

I just talked to them and they sent me a screenshot. My elegibility hasn't started yet an my background is being checked. I told them we have exceeded the 3 weeks and they told me that it takes around 23 days so we're still in the processing time... I don't know what else to do :(

My consultant is in Canada while I'm in Spain. Got them recommended because they were experts on this all... jokes on me I guess :(

I've been doing that. I've called everyday, emailed them... I just feel like I'm being scammed or something :( My last resort is calling University if I don't know anything by Friday and ask them to give me a week more. My first week is not mandatory and I hope thry can understand my situation.

Medicals are not needed for Spanish apoplicants so it was showing "You do not need to pass a medical exam". They have been checking my background at least since last week (I applies through a consultant so I can't check my status).

From Spain. Processing time says 3 weeks and my consultant told me 20-23 days... I just hope to have it before the 4th.

I applied through a consultant on 1st August. The last update said I did not need medical, more documents or biometrics. Eligibility hadn't started and they were checking my background. Really worried since my couse begins September 4th.

There were a few reasons I had to wait for it and that's why we applied through a consultant agency. They told me it would be on time... I'll have to talk to my University then. Thanks for the answer!
