Yes, this is the same email that they send to everybody (Auto Reply). If your process is under the given time then they will not reply to you just these stupid email.

Hmmm, well they take a long time in updating E-Cas. Just be patient they will eventually work on your application. Apply for GCM notes to see what is going on with your file.

We can't say what is the delay as NDVO is so unpredictable. Did you go for the GCM notes as they can help you narrow down why they have delayed the process. Did you pay all the fees?
