Sent requested documents today. CIC requested t4 and NOA for 2014 yesterday.

RCMP is for admissibility portion of the process. There are very little chance that they will ask for RCMP after RPRF.

No after PPR they won't ask anything. But before PPR they can ask for anything anytime.

Don't worry ECAS updates are done once in a while. As long as your file is getting processed, you should not worry about ECAS updates.

Passport is a travel document and it cannot travel without a person. Your are 100% correct that you can send passports in courier. I you are not in Canada then you have to ask CIC to change it to your local visa office.

You do not need to take nay pictures with you,. They will be talking your pictures over there.

So one thing is for sure that the VO does not marked you as self employed. I think the better way would be that you should have given LOE rom your employer and as you were paid by the contracting company(which I assume) you should have mentioned that the pay is coming from that account.
