thanks for your detail reply and for your concern. I already got my AOR on 7th of february :):) so now no need to contact DHL.worst experience with them . I would suggest to never use DHL for CIC

Hello znarfier I did not get any update for my app since October. I send Bank draft with application and i also did not send any email to CIC. I wonder I can contact with CIC regarding application. DHL customer service is very disappointing.
