why you want to apply paper based pnp? online is easy and faster and i dont have any info about any other province you can check their websites

i think Ontarios pnp is all online i appllied under international graduate with job offer category online only the federal processing for PR after nomination is paper based.

i dont know what they can ask but yes you can contact them i would say wait until you complete two months after file was received because it may be getting slower cant say anything.

i got mine in 35 days i dont know why its taking long for you

cic website says they try to finish all cases in 10-11 months rest of it depends on the complexity of the case also processing times for this year seems faster than last year lets hope for the best keep us posted!

According to this you should get urs by end of this month or by start of next month.
