There's a wait now for the oath letter after decision made as one of the applicants mentioned that the officer told him there is a backlog for the oath ceremony applicants.I have the test next week, let's see what do they tell me.

Not everyone is asked to have their FPs done. So you may or may not be asked. Also next step hopefully is that you're invited to write the citizenship test. Mine was through the email for both FPs and test invite but I've heard people getting regular mails as well. Keep a watch out

In that case, decision on the application won't be quick after the test if they haven't received the FPs. The agency which did my FPs told me that the FPs go to RCMP and they send it to immigration. This is so confusing. I'm just sitting tight and not trying to think too much.

My FP had to go to Vancouver. I got them done on 2nd August. Got my test invite on 14th Aug. I'm also curious that are the results already back at my local office (Calgary). If they are, then it was very quick bcz there was a long weekend on the 5th August. I thought they only invited you to...

Mine showed up in ECAS after one day. Initially after the email ECAS wasn't showing anything

I got the test invite letter in email saying the following : We sent you a notice on August 14, 2019 to appear and write the citizenship test on September 12, 2019 I'm in row 105 Kindly update thanks

Status updated : we sent you a correspondence on 29 July Email for Fingerprints request received on 1 August Fingerprints done on 2nd August Please update

Which offices are quick? I'm a calgary applicant. I've heard Toronto and Vancouver are slow.
