I requested my file through the Access to Information and Privacy Act, it's been over 31 days and still nothing. I've been trying to locate a contact number, no luck. Called CIC but there is no option for this type of request. Does anyone in this forum know the contact # for this type of request?

I can't access the spreadsheet for some reason. Do you guys know what is the average time to complete the process (i.e. to get the oath date)? I know the immigration website states 12 months, but if I recall correctly from the spreadsheet, it was shorter than that, right?
