Hi mate, I'm from Melbourne let's keep in touch since not many Aussies here, regarding changing NOC in EE shoudn't effect anything at all. Even if they ask, of which chances are less then 1%, you can answer this NOC suited you more.

They Don't give a shit about us, they got their money. They gave my sister's IELTS result after 3 months and only reason she got every time was "there's delay on our end we don't have any exact dates for result"
