I have my passport dispatched on 21 March but idk whats the decision. CIC didn't updated that on my account and i guess cic people are not working anymore on study permits until lockdown period is over. There's no way to know the decision as VFS is closed too. Did anyone got their visas in past...

I have one of my friends who got his passport back and was requested additional document. This is a normal process .

If they have asked for additional documents just wait for the file to see what additional documents they asked for. Why do you think it can be a case of misrepresentation ?

I can understand. But there's really nothing we can do other than waiting as VFS are locked down and i feel same for IRCC offices even though their website doesn't say such thing

I think you applied paper based application and submitted passport along with the application. That is what I did i have my final decision dispatched email but on cic account it shows same status. Can you copy the email here which you received from VFS ?

It just means your passport was dispatched. You need to have an online account to know the final decision or have your passport which you are unlikely to receive due to VAC shut down in India. I am stuck at the same thing. My final decision is dispatched. Although, I have my online CIC account...

Any ideas about when would they update cic account ? I guess it would take some time to receive my passport as VFS offices have been shut and they don't even have any facility to contact them at the moment.

I actually applied Non-SDS paper application. Which country did you applied from ? It might be more processing time in the country you applied from which is why it is taking too much time. I applied from India and processing time here is 1 Week.
