My medical results changed and it say, "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.", and additional documents changed to "We do not need additional documents", I think this might be a ghost update. Although, I'm not sure if I can make any sense out of this...

Nothing new, I think this could take a while before I hear any thing from IRCC.
