once ur CAS status changes from application received to In Process, after one or two months u will receive request for additional documents

CAS is showing application received June, 2012 and in 2nd line stared process on May, 2013

Yes Egypt VO has less processing time as compared to ADVO. Egypt processing time is 11 months whereas ADVO's 28 http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/provincial.asp
