brother why dont you contact the program assistant she will tell you..... any ways i guess it shuld only take 2 to 3 months after u submit your file.

Hey may be to add just some... yes i agree you should apply to a university....p.s don't worry about finances just make sure you be regularly in touch with the graduate admission officer of ur university and tell her that you will have financial needs........ canadian unis are goood in a way...
