I am in Edmonton and there is no update in my application. Some people are lucky, I guess.

I submitted my online application on 27th August and got my AOR on 17th November but after that nothing happened. I log into my tracker everyday and it shows everything in process. Even my background check is still in process. Is this normal? I feel like I left behind
