I inform cic, but they answered that only online application submitted through my cic can be linked with my cic account. But I was able to connect before their reply.

They are more than slow. According to my GCMS note, my medical result received( passed) on August 8, but updated in status on 12 October. I also connect my application and my cic account. You can get substance of GCMS note by this.

Able to connect my cic account and my immigration application. I don't have language test. But system is asking for it even after none in language test option. Finally use my daughter's toefl test details and succeed. Ha ha ha. My daughter's toefl test details never submitted to cic

What they will check to pass eligibility?

Happy to see that VO acted properly atleast in some cases. Which city is your destination? When do u are going to land? And which stream?( I mean business or family supported worker)

Only 2 days to go to complete 15 months. But no response from CIC yet. Neither PPR nor DM

I am nbpnp business stream, it's a paper based application not express entry. May be it is one of the cause for delay( paper application)

Yes, my visa office is Manila. But as you saw earlier( while CIC showed VO wise processing time) Manila VO was one of the fastest office in Asia.
