    Send a CSI regarding your case, the reply that you may receive shall carry the initials of the program assistant such as RIH, LIH etc

    In my opinion, the wait varies from case to case; on an avg. people say it takes 4 months but there are number of instances on the forum where the wait has extended to 6 to 11 months and in one of the case I observed more than one year. Hope you get your passport req very soon, Regards, Hasnain
