I'm thinking maybe (and hopefully) CIC has decided to finalize the before 2013 applications left-over in the meantime it is processing the new applications (2014) with (perhaps) new method! What do you think guys? I heard around some of old applications who had received RQ , have been finalized.

Montreal is a busy office !

I think a short delay could be predicted due to Summer vacations of CIC staff . I have seen most of the processes by CIC have been slowed down a bit. I have a friend who wrote her test almost 4 months ago in Montreal and still waiting for the oath !

It totally depends on the local office. I have seen the oath from 3 weeks to 6 months after the test. But in most cases, it happens 2-3 months after the test. And to be honest with you, I don't understand why it takes that long !!!! It should be done after a week or two weeks. Good luck, S.

I have ordered it 10 days ago. I called CIC a few times they keep saying everything's normal and Hamilton will call you to write your test! I honestly don't know what the hell is going on !!
