If they start processing on it in CIO ( eligibility assessment ) , you won't get your money. One time I applied under FSW and got 66 points in CIO and rejected and did not get money back.

No idea. They usually check eligibility after doc request. I did not have this problem but my friend contacted Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tehran and Sent his finger print for them .

Dont worry man. I got rejected 3 times and its my 4th time. And I have hope yet .... :o
