I received instruction letter 12th Jan 2023 after 07 Dec 2022 AOR, submitted the next day, biometrics are being shown in the profile, but status still shows, "your action is required ".

I had submitted my profile in September 2019 and I resubmitted it after it expired this September. Doesn't that make me eligible for an ITA? Scores have increased in April 2020.

I checked with my college, the day of completion will be set as the they day they issue the course completion certificate. So, say if I receive an ITA, the course completion certificate will be accepted as my proof of graduation while uploading supporting documents?
