Yes I did. The panel physician (PP) gave me UMI forms on the day of the medicals and I uploaded it via case specific inquiry the same night. The PP also sent me the medical results after 7 days but I didn't need to upload that one so I just kept the results for myself. All the best!

You should receive an UMI number in the email or your CIC account. If you didn't receive that, then you can go and request for upfront medicals. The doctor will send your results to CIC. Make sure you give your UCI number to the doctor. The doctor will also give you a form which you must upload...

This question has been answered several times. What you have received is a generic email. If you have already submitted those documents and paid your RPRF, you don't need to do so again.
