Thats interesting! I did not link my account thats why i can only check it on the online tool and can see that my status is complete and i became a resident on 24th of July. So i guess i have to wait until i receive the COPR document

I received mine thru email from etobicoke landing to confirm me residing in Canada. Then my status changed to complete and got approved as a permenant resident but still no COPR document have been received yet.

applied 6th September and everything is complete now. just waiting for the COPR document.

Yah i think we have to send our photos for the PR i hope we receive it soon, cause i was reading august 2019 inland there are some who got approved but theyre still waiting for the COPR. And regarding OHIP, you can apply for it when you receive the eligibilty email and you meet the requirements...
