Agreed. Its become too popular and having a low score and awaiting for few hundred OINP's is too little to bet on. I'm 435 with NOC 2171 . profile resubmitted Jan 26 and nothing yet.

Well the fact is if anything gets too popular its bound to get difficult to get as the demand increases but still lets keep our hopes alive ! I read few pages and saw people stating of being offered NOI's by Ontario on Feb. 5th although there is no official confirmation of the same? Is it so...

Another way to post this question is whether the cutt off date get to Jan 24 (considering the profile is re created today ) by April which can be considered as a date (by most obvious majority comments here) where the cut off might touch around 435. Thanks --

Me being at 435 chances seem pretty slim indeed due to the margin of 3750 ITA's to be offered. Any idea which you can suggest for people having CRS of 435. Can they expect some good news in later part of January as per your idea?

I was reading this post about the quota description of candidates to be offered ITA's in 2017. Against the 77,300 high target of 2017, 77,773 ITA's have already been issued this year with almost 2 to 3 draws still remaining in the year. Is is possible that CIC shall start targeting the 2018...
