Hi All, I have already received my AOR under CEC in January 2015. I applied for my BOWP on April 7, 2015. My file got updated today and my BOWP was approved.

A friend of mine who has applied from India in 3rd week of September , got his status updated as "started processing on 17 APR 2015". Seems like all applications applied from within Canada are moving slow. This is weird. D

Hi Noor, 4165 sounds correct for your profile. But please remember that I applied before the express entry rule came into effect. If there is any change in the definition of code 4165 after January 2015 then I am not aware of it. Hope this helps. D
