The DMP gave my spouse a receipt and said he is responsible for sending all the documents to the Canadian Embassy. Then they will do the rest. Even though there is no file number yet. Do you think he followed the proper procedure?

Nothing electronic is private. The government actually keeps records of each person's electronic activity.

I got the answer to my own question. It needs to include an essay from both sides.

It's confusing as to how to write an essay on yourself. Is it supposed to include a thesis? lol Anyone have any examples they would like to share?

Anything electronic can be accessed by the government if they want but do you seriously think they have the time to do that for every applicant??
