    Many of the April/may applicant already had their visa by 1st week of march which they had deferred to September and that's my main concern DLI have enough students for Sept intake so embassies are not priotizing our application

    Two students were rejected for not uploading their deferral offer letter so it's up to you uploading a deferral POA won't cause any harm don't fully depend on consultancy research from your side as well. Best of luck

    Yes it was updated on gc key and they ask for medical only after student pass the eligibility review. idk if it's different in India or any other country

    He already had his biometric so I don't know if it's approval under principle. He has got the request to update his medical. passport request is done once the medical test is passed. But his review of eligibility was started and completed on same day that's 31st July

    Hello guys, one of the guy from Nepal (non SDS) his review of eligibility was started on Thursday and he received 1st stage approval within just next day which was y'day so I guess they are now processing the application at much faster rate

    Yeah, I know 2cases one from Nepal and other is from India they were rejected in 1st week of July as they had not updated deferral loa. If you have decided to defer then Providing new loa through webform won't cause any harm rather keep you on safe side
