I called CIC today, they said my file was transferred to Ottawa. The person said as I am from a visa exempt country I won't be getting a PPR. But can take up to 4 weeks for the letter to arrive. It's so annoying the wait

When do they usually ask for additional documents? When the ask for rprf? Or after IP?
