I think 2132 is hottest NOC after Finance and IT NOCs and might have been filled before 3rd Dec (not sure). You should get ready for EE

If your DD has not been charged (and u r sure about that) then i think u should start preparing for Express Entry

Yes they have started charging Nov applicants since 2 days. Your's should be coming in a week (if CC) I am Nov 3 DD. I haven't been charged yet Refer spreadsheet for most recent updates.... People are doing great job by keeping it up to date.....

Yeah they will send your entire package back and it may take couple of months. But as everybody else suggested, you should start preparing for EE asap (especially if you have not been charged).

Did you apply already? If not, you anyways have to apply for EE. If you applied already, you just have to wait until your package or PER email comes.

Re: No PER so Far! Your received date is August 20 so you should have (if you have) got PER email after December 2nd as per the Spreadsheet. SO you have to check emails in spam from dec 2nd. I don't know how to retrieve deleted spam messages....

Re: No PER so Far! Try calling them. Email response time is around 50 days. Also check your spam folder for PER email which will have your UCI number.
