I got the letter "notice to prepare for the exam" twice on 18&20 December.

Thank you. I called CIC after I got my notice for exam preparation and they told me everything is going well up to this point. They said the delay is due to RQ and I have to wait for 36 months. By the way how can I request an ATIP, and from whom?
