Apparently not high, but it happens. I have recently read two cases rejected after 8 and 9 months respectively.

Could you please explain what do you mean by “lead statement”? What should the letter say as lead statement? What was your visa office?

This is so stressing. Raised 2 CSE. Response to first one was: Your application is still processing. To second one was: your application is waiting the review of an officer.

The performance of this process should be measured not only by the average, but also by its stabdard deviation, which is huge! How could some applications go through AOR to PPR in 20 days, while for others only one step (BGC) takes several months (not being in SS)? I wonder how the BGC is done...

Raised CSE and the answer was short: Application waiting for officer review. Is this normal procedure?

@bimale4bipeople I also thought that after 6 months you hardly could be rejected, but I was shocked to read yesterday abut someone rejected after 9 months! A CEC Inland applicant!

@Jaykay101 Hello. How many days since AOR had your first application when rejected? Hope not 9 months as @WChebett I thought CEC applications wouldn’t get rejected after so many months in process
