My 2174 app reached CIC o 10th June still no email from CIC. the cap is filled by apps that reached on 30th may. so waiting for the app to return at anytime

Hi My app reached CIC on June 10. the cap for 2174 got filled up in the second week of august. now, will they refund my fee after checking my app and systematizing the data or must i go to bank and cancel my dd?

i too got that feedback mail.. am a june10th 2174..doors shut for me..they are sending that mail to everyone..
