Usually you count 20-45 days till you receive the PER. Check you DD encashment or CC being charged that way you will have an idea that application is in progress. Check out the thread May 2011. Looks like we're on the same boat.

From Cebu. It was received May 6. We would have sent it late last year. Our agency takes time to process the papers. We waited quite long enough and now we were running against the cap.
