Friends what if you stay more than three years out of Canada since your first entry i.e. if you enter after four years and still one year is there in expiry of your PR card. Will they allow you? Will they renew your PR card after expiry? Is it necessary to stay at least two years within 05 years?

In guide book they are writing it "Minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score in IRCC’s Express Entry system, as determined by the director and published on the OINP’s website". My question is they are saying published on OINP Website, where it is published|????? Any Link please?
